Optima Relocation
Optima Relocation, S.A de C.V. was established in 1998 by Susan Hanson Catonio, to facilitate the transfer of international families to Mexico. The company now offers personalized programs for Mexico and LATAM tailored to acquaint their clients with local living conditions, identify housing options and familiarize them with their new work environment. Optima also assists clients with commercial property including office space and warehouses. Optima has more than twenty- five years as the only Multiple Listing Service in Mexico uniquely dedicated to rental properties.

Our team of Relocation Consultants, all have diverse business credentials, knowledge of Mexican, and Latin American rental proceedings, business activities and understanding of the “cultural differences” you will experience as they have been “expatriates” themselves. They are from a handful of Relocation Consultants in Mexico and LATAM that receive formal ongoing training in destination services and real estate transactions.
We have team members that are fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Italian, and some who are also fluent in a other third languages as well.

Our Managent Team
Patricia Hogan
International Director
Patricia Hogan is the Founder and Director General of International Relocation Services and Partner in Optima Relocation. She earned a MBA, and a MS with studies in Business Administration, Architecture Landscaping, and Urban Planning. In 1990, Hogan was appointed the Dallas ambassador to Mexico. She is an active member of The American Chamber of Commerce. She is also a Director of the Executive Board of the American Society of Mexico, an advisor to the USIU (US International University), a founding member of Newcomers Club, amongst others.
Daniel Gonzalez Hanson
Director Mexico & LATAM
Daniel is bicultural Mexican & Canadian Citizen. He studied Marketing and Advertising and has also taken several postgraduate courses in other countries. He worked for 14 years with a German Car Manufacturer Company in which he acquired several skills and achieved a high managing position for Latin America. He joined Optima in 2016 as a Relocation Consultant, now he is a senior partner and Director. He is responsible for Relocations in Mexico and Latin America. His mother, Susan Hanson Catonio (1949- 2019) was the founder of Optima Relocation in 1998.
